What we collect

• Account: display name, email, and your password (stored only as a salted scrypt hash, never in plain text), favorite sports.
• Trading: the listings, offers, counters and notes you post, and when you confirmed the trade-responsibility checkbox.
• Estimated card values you enter on listings and offers.
• Waitlist and High Rollers applications: name, email, PSA® username, approximate vault size, trading experience and an optional reference.
• Technical: IP address, kept briefly in memory for rate limiting; a login token in your browser's local storage.

Trust, security and bans

When you agree to our Terms (at sign-up and each time you make or accept a trade) we record the terms version, time, your IP address and the action, as evidence of the agreement. If we receive a credible report of theft or fraud, we may share relevant records with PSA and law enforcement. We keep: whether your email is verified; your two-factor setting (the authenticator secret and hashed backup codes); failed-login counts for temporary lockouts; your agreed trades and their sent/received confirmations; failed-trade reports and responses; and, if an account is banned under the one-strike rule, a one-way hash of its normalized email so it cannot re-register. Sessions use a secure, httpOnly cookie; we store only a hash of the session token. Your Trusted Trader score (level, completed-trade count, member-since date, verified-email and 2FA badges) is shown to other members. Card cert numbers you list are public so others can verify them on PSA.

Values stay private

Estimated values are used only to check membership-tier eligibility. They are never shown to other members or the public; listings show only a range label.

How we use it

To run your account and the Trade Board, show your display name on your listings and offers, review applications, keep the site safe, and contact you about your account or membership.

What's public

Your display name, membership badge, and your listings and offers (cards, wants, notes) are visible to members or visitors. Your email is never shown publicly.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We use service providers to host the site and database, and may disclose information if the law requires it or to deal with fraud.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless page-view analytics (GoatCounter or Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count visits and see which pages are popular. They set no cookies and we don't use them to identify you or for advertising. Share buttons are plain links — no third-party tracking scripts.
